How do I take my measurements?

We recommend using a standard measuring tape. Measure comfortably loose, not tight against the skin. You can refer to our "Sizes" page for a step-by-step visual guide or visit a local tailor for assistance.

Can I change fabrics after booking?

You can change your fabric selection within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team. After that period, the fabric is cut, and changes cannot be made.

What is the return policy?

Since these are custom-made garments tailored specifically to your body, we do not accept returns. However, we offer one free alteration service if the fit is incorrect upon delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship globally to over 50 countries. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination country and customs regulations.

How long does tailoring take?

Standard delivery is 7-10 business days from the date of order confirmation. Expedited options (3-5 days) are available for select tailors at an additional cost.

Is my payment secure?

Yes, we use industry-standard SSL encryption for all transactions on our platform. We do not store your credit card information directly.
